Of course, all of our central station operators are SIA (Security Industry Association) certified before they ever pick up a phone to handle a call. But Alarm Watch goes well beyond SIA certification by requiring that all of our operators complete a rigorous course of study that we call CSU (Central Station University). CSU is a twelve module program designed to insure that all Alarm Watch operators have the technical and customer-service expertise to handle any alarm event that they encounter. After graduation from CSU, operators must complete monthly ongoing training and successfully pass an annual review exam.
