CONVENIENT ACCESS
  • Residential & Commercial Monitoring – AlarmWatch is able to monitor virtually all existing alarm control panels and can follow a customized response process for each customer account. Alarm companies can rest assured that AlarmWatch is capable on communicating with virtually all of the existing alarm panels they currently have in the field and any new ones which are released.  The alarm dealer has control of the response process for each customer to assure they are handled exactly as the dealer would want it.
  • UL Certified – AlarmWatch is certified by Underwriters Laboratories (UL) to monitor UL Fire and UL Burglary accounts. Alarm dealers can install UL systems and know that AlarmWatch can provide the UL certified monitoring center to handle all high security burglary and fire accounts.
  • Environmental – Monitor multiple types of environmental sensors, including temperature, water level and other indicators of environmental concern. Customer will be alerted of any changes to these environmental sensors quickly and have time to correct the situation before any additional damage occurs.
  • Internet Monitoring – AlarmWatch provides multiple options for utilizing an internet connection to provide alarm monitoring.  We currently support equipment from Bosch, AlarmNet, Total Connect, Honeywell, DSC, VOIPAlarm.com and DMP. Customers are able to have their alarm equipment communicate to the monitoring station without the use and expense of a land line.  In today’s wireless world, more and more households are going exclusively mobile.  This gives our alarm dealers the ability to be part of that revolution.
  • Two-Way Voice – AlarmWatch currently supports a variety of alarm panels with two-way voice capability. Customers are able to talk directly to an alarm operator through the alarm keypad.  This bypasses the need to pick up the phone and dial, resulting in faster response time.
  • Video Verification – AlarmWatch currently supports Videofied equipment. As false alarms increase and continue to cause cities to go to “Verified Response” mode, video verification can validate a problem is occurring that requires response and can provide a cost effective option to expensive false alarm charges.
  • Online Dealer Access – AlarmWatch provides our alarm dealers with online access to their customer account records. Dealers can enter/update customer information, validate test signals, put accounts on/off test mode, view account history and run a variety of reports.
  • Online Field Access – AlarmWatch provides the field technicians of our alarm dealers with online access to their customer account records. Field technicians can enter/update customer information, validate test signals, put accounts on/off test mode, view account history and run a variety of reports, all controlled by the dealer.
  • Online End-User Access – AlarmWatch provides the customers of our alarm dealers with online access to their customer account record. Once authenticated, customers may update contact information, change passwords and view history.  This is fully-customizable by the dealer.
  • Multiple Reporting Options – AlarmWatch provides a variety of reporting options to alarm dealers and their customers. AlarmWatch provides open/close, customer information, dispatch logs and a variety of other reports.  These reports can be run on a daily, weekly, monthly or schedule of choice and are delivered by email, fax or standard mail.
  • Acquisition Assistance – AlarmWatch has trusted contacts in the business of facilitating acquisitions and mergers. Alarm dealers can leverage the contacts from AlarmWatch for assistance in handling the financing, legal and operational concerns involved with a merger or an acquisition.

AlarmWatch developed the Customer Assistance Program (CAP) as a marketing tool for your business. We know that your customers have many choices when it comes to choosing an alarm service, and the CAP was created in order to give you a competitive advantage in your marketing efforts. When you promote “your” CAP program, you can assure your customers that there will be someone on “your” team available to answer their questions, anytime, day or night.

The most common calls coming in to just about any central station will involve relatively simple arming, disarming, and zone bypass questions from end-users. The questions are simple, that is, if the operator has the information available to solve the problem for the user. Most central station monitoring services lack the resources, and therefore either refer the caller to the alarm manufacturer, or to you, the alarm dealer.

At AlarmWatch, we have invested in putting the operational manuals for nearly 100 security panels online and at the fingertips of our central station operators. More importantly, our operators are trained and tested on these various systems regularly, and can successfully handle about 90% of the routine calls that come in for technical support. And, as far as your customers are concerned, they are getting their problems solved by a member of your staff … which means you look good, even while you sleep!
